Messaging Granite Orthopaedics has just gotten easier!
We partnered with Klara, a practice-patient communication platform, to streamline conversations so we may provide you with the easiest orthopedic experience. Below you will find step-by-step instructions to message us from our website any time of day.
Responses made by a Granite Orthopaedics staff member will be during business hours. Or call us at 928-777-9950 during business hours and we'd be happy to help. We are open Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-11:30am.
STEP 1: Locate the purple "Message us" button on the bottom right corner of our website

STEP 2: Enter your phone number and Click submit
Enter a cell phone number that is capable of receiving text messages. You will receive a message with a verification code for the next step.
STEP 3: Enter the 4-digit verification code received by text message
Within a minute or two, you should have received a 4-digit verification code via text message to the cell phone number entered in Step 2. If you do not receive a code, click the "Request a new code" link located below the 4 boxes.
STEP 4: Enter your date of birth and click Confirm
As a secondary verification process, enter your date of birth.
IN ADDITION: If your cell phone number has more than one patient registered with Granite Orthopaedics, you will be asked to select the patient your message will be pertaining to. Then you will proceed with the former step and enter their date of birth and click confirm.
STEP 5: Select the best category for your message
Choose the best category for your message and click on the respective button. This helps us provide the quickest response time.
STEP 6: Create your message
NOTE: Attach any documents prior to typing your message by clicking on the paperclip icon on the bottom right corner.
Once your message is ready, click the paper airplane icon on the bottom right next to your message to submit.
STEP 7: Receive a reply from Granite Orthopaedics
Your Klara message is forwarded to the respective staff member for your request. Depending on the circumstance, they will either respond through Klara or call you directly.
When a new message is ready to view, Klara will text a notification to the cell phone number entered in STEP 2, with a redirect link to the chat.
