Doctor of Physical Therapy
Morgan McKinney, DPT, is a Prescott, Arizona native who brings a lifelong passion for movement and rehabilitation to her role at Granite Orthopaedics. Growing up active in a variety of sports—including soccer, volleyball, softball, and hockey—she developed a strong foundation in athletic performance and injury prevention.
Morgan’s interest in physical therapy began early after witnessing a close family member recover from a stroke. Observing the creativity, problem-solving, and meaningful patient relationships involved in physical therapy inspired her to pursue the profession. She further reinforced this passion through volunteer work at the VA and in multiple physical therapy clinics, where she gained valuable experience in patient-centered care.
Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

At Granite Orthopaedics, Morgan is dedicated to helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and safely return to the activities they enjoy through individualized, evidence based treatment plans.
