Colby was very professional and offered helpful advice on how to promote healing of a painful wrist issue.

Dr. Richardson was very patient with me. I was there for treatment for trigger finger, 2 fingers. He explained my options, I could do steroid shots, or possibly consider surgery that would be very simple. I'm terrified of steroid shots, as several years ago I'd had a bad experience with steroid shot in each shoulder. Dr. Richardson patiently waited for my decision. He asked if i wanted to do both fingers, or just one. I asked him to bring supplies for two, but let's start with the finger in the left hand. I also asked him to please just tell me what you're going to do before you do it, just so I'm ready. He did exactly as I'd asked. Dr. Richardson informed me that it would sting for a couple of seconds. I asked needle size, and he told me it was a very thin needle. He froze the area with a spray, and did the injection. It took my breath away for a couple seconds when the steroid was injected. But now, several days later, it does seem better. So yes, I give 5 stars for the treatment I received!

Dr. Pflueger is wonderful. He successfully repaired my knee several years ago and it has been as good as new ever since. The staff at Granite Orthopedics is friendly and professional.

Colby was great. He was extremely pleasant, informative, and encouraging, and listened. I would highly recommend him!

A half hour late, but other than that great!

Mark was very transparent and helpful in introducing himself and his position in the surgical room and how he supports Dr. Basset. He completely showed how the surgery was accomplished and answered all our questions about what could be expected for the post surgery.
