I know all the Drs are good & they are very busy but think they over book. Myself & at least one other patient had same appt times with same Dr. We were talking about how late they were running while in the lobby.

Dr.Richardson is knowledgeable and explains your diagnosis and treatment options in detail as well as post surgery care. He is kind and also has empathy for the issues you are going through during treatment.Although he is very busy I have never felt rushed or that he wasn’t listening to me and the symptoms I am experiencing. I will be having surgery soon and I have complete confidence that it will go well with him as my Doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Dr Richardson has helped me with trigger fingers & thumb issues over 3-4 years. He has always been kind yet professional. He explains things so you can make an informed decision. I have an upcoming trigger thumb release surgery an in office procedure. I trust it will be successful.
