This is Eugenia Ward, Jim’s wife. I had a good experience at Dr Pfluger’s office‼️ Dr Pfluger was kind and considerate. He explained the purpose of the shot in my knee would continue giving me relief from the pain! The staff is professional and helpful !

I arrived @ 8:20 for my 8:30 appointment. Sat in exam room for 32 minutes before Colby came in. NOT ACCEPTABLE !

Colby is a professional. He is knowledgeable and competent. He listened to my concerns, developed a plan of care and the executed it.

Mark made me feel very comfortable and that he listened to issues. He explained everything in a way I could understand and gave me options to attend to my issues!
