Very informative, did not rush the pre-opp appointment, and very informative, personal, and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit with MacKenzie price to get steroid shots in my knees and bursa. She was kind gentle and listen to patiently to a story she's probably heard a thousand times from other 70 plus year olds.👍

I thought my visit with Dr. Pflueger was great! He was very good at answering all my questions and explaining the next steps to solve my knee issue. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. An overall great experience.

Showed up and was informed that the VA hadn’t authorized my visit. I drive from up north Preskett Valley. And while the reception is indicated, I had a phone call. I did not get a phone call. So you can imagine my disappointment after driving for an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment that I wasn’t able to complete.

Had a TERRIBLE time trying to get a follow up appointment. Had to say that I was going to have to find a different orthopedic doctor. This should not be so difficult.
