Prompt, polite & informative

Very discouraging. Telling me to use my torn rotator cuff arm to do everything I want to do, seems like a way to make the tear worse and then require surgery., which he said might not go so well at my age. This seemed like the wrong advice to me.

Explained everything very step of the way so I knew what to expect during the procedure.

Very caring and professional

We had a very procuctive meeting in reviewing X-Rays and CT Scans. I was able to make a very informed decision in regards to my future needs!

I would stay far far away. This surgeon makes an astronomical amount of money and will only give you five minutes of his time. He was rude, condescending, and careless. Did nothing to help. No advice on how to care for fracture, no splint. Only a good luck and goodbye. He’s too busy in Prescott with the aging population. Go to Phoenix or flagstaff and find a more compassionate surgeon.

Dr Lee Richardson is awesome. Knowledgeable. Takes the time to examine and explain . Never rushed and does not keep you waiting like many doctors up. Highly recommend. Very pleasant and friendly 😊
