He shared his time to make sure we understood the ramifications of us waiting on a knee replacement. He offered suggestions and was kind enough to inspect my previous knee replacement done before we moved to Prescott. Great personality, makes you feel welcome.

Mark is the best PA I have ever encountered. I went in to get X-rays and follow up care after breaking my clavicle on Thanksgiving Day. He is a straight shooter and a little nerdy. I like the nerdy demeanor. I don’t like medical professionals who try overly hard to make me laugh or try to be my life coach. Mark tells it how it is, he is caring, and has perfect bedside manner. I originally thought keeping me in a sling for over two months was ridiculously cautious; however, that is exactly what was needed. He could have easily told me it would be ok, only to make me happy in the moment. His measured approach put me on a warp speed path to healing/recovery. It is now February and my clavicle is doing excellent and I have begun weight training using common sense. This whole place is great, starting with the awesome lady at the front desk, to the X Ray Tech, and Mark! I would definitely recommend this place and especially Mark!
