I would not have sought out to write a review, but Granite Orthopedics sent me an email and asked if I would: I really like the office and the staff is very friendly. I have been several times over the years, however this experience has been unique. For this issue my husband and I have called and visited the Prescott office several times to see what was holding up orders sent for imaging, prescriptions, and referrals. I know waiting is just part of the medical game, I am not new to it, however Dr Pflueger had stated he would do everything ASAP for my condition when we were face to face, yet his, or his staff’s actions have not reflected his words. Luckily another physician stepped up to help with a very needed prescription. I am trying to give grace as I know they are very busy and I want to trust they care, yet it is difficult this time. Other visits had been 5 star; like I said this one is unique and has left me confused.

He was very intelligent, thorough, and polite in discussing my plan of care. I feel like I'm in good hands!

I previously had shoulder surgery by Dr. Pfleuger. I am presently exploring another shoulder surgery with Dr. Pfleuger. That should say it all.

Pleasant and Knowledgeable physician, whom now following my 2nd visit, I have considerably more confidence and appreciation for Dr .Richardson.

Everyone at the Granite Orthopedic office has been great, including Colby.

This is an efficient office. Everyone is happy and know their jobs. Dr Chun is very nice and though/not rushed

I was very happy with the check in , and did not have more than a 3 min. wait to be seen by staff, then less than a min. the Dr. came in and explained the problem, and we talked, and He gave me a shot in the area needed, now we wait and see if it is fixed,if not I return on the19th of Feb. was very pleased with this office.
