Dr Bassett answer all my question in my up coming hip surgery. I had questions about pain, recovery time, and time spent in the hospital. The first visit left me with confadence that he could do the surgery and i'd walking with my new hip.

Staff was very professional but I had a very long wait due to a patient emergency which I totally understand but front desk could have let me know about situation. After 30+ waiting room wait I went up to ask how much longer and then was told about emergency..

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Richardson, and found him to be pleasant, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. After examining X-rays of my thumb, he diagnosed my condition as arthritis and proscribed several options to help reduce the pain. He went out of his way to describe why my thumb pain was a very common condition, which I appreciated. We spent at least 15 minutes together, and he answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident, calm and assured. Dr. Richardson is a pro, and has a unique ability to talk with people vs. at them. I would highly recommend him.
