Dr. Basset was great with one exception. Oral pain meds he is unable to proscribe prior to surgery. Apparently the Feds have over reach according to other candid medical professionals. As a patient having bone on bone issues with the knee as well as a cyst makes for excruciating and unmanageable pain. ER helps but not supposed to be managing my pain. That’s being said I have another doctor to involve with pain management. Hopefully we can all get back to the hypo-critic oath and let doctors do their jobs. Thank you. A non walking Patient.

This whole team is as professional and knowledgeable as it gets. Dr C. especially gives it to you straight with no nonsense or sugar-caot, but in a way that you can still have hope. For both shoulder and leg, these are my go-to Orthopedic Doctors. And thank you Connie for getting me in on such short notice. SS

Mark's GREAT, every time! I've seen him pretty much quarterly for a few years, he's always very professional and kind. Pain free today after seeing him yesterday, it had been nightmarishly painful for a few weeks. THANKS MARK!! 🙂 His assistant Melissa is very efficient and a good listener as well. Connie at the front desk is a delight. Conscientious, caring office overall, I highly recommend them.

Megan is the ultimate professional! She listens and educates so that the patient understands the process. Her ability to be both caring and professional at the same time makes her stand out in her field, imo. Her calm and pleasant demeanor does wonders for the morale of an Ortho Surgery patient - and keeping morale up is essential to recovery, imo. Everyone at Granite Ortho is superior, and Megan is truly wonderful. I feel blessed to receive her counsel and expertise.
