Dr. Richardson is always professional, courteous & polite. My only complaint is not with him....it is the length of time it takes after your appointed time has past. In this case, I waited nearly an hour past my appt time to be seen by the dr.

Disregard the rating stars. I was seeking a permanent solution to an elbow issue that affects my activities. After hearing Dr Richardsons input I felt there was no need for me to continue. Whether it was me, him or both It didn’t seem to be a good fit. I cancelled my second appointment.
