I had second post-op meeting with Mark. He covered any minor concerns I had in detail and assured me that all was well and the healing process was on schedule. His calm demeanor and reassurance was what I needed.

I came in with a shoulder injury to see Dr. Pflugler for the first visit. He explained that he could offer me a cortisone shot for some temporary relief. He had a student shadowing him so he injected and was describing what parts the needle was reaching. Very professional and I learned some myself. Being a nurse I appreciate when someone explains what they're doing in a calm and detailed manner. Very happy to say that I would recommend this doctor to anyone w a shoulder injury. Im almost a week out and it feels better. Any reprieve from pain is better than none.
