Very rude staff. Did not explain condition well. Not very patient. Yes I have certainly been seen by this office in the past. Dr. Richardson was very impatient and did not provide adequate advice to me on how to best treat my fracture. I feel neglected and disappointed.

Dr. Simonson can be a trusted physician, good at his profession. He truly cares about his patients.

Mark was very compassionate as he was faced with my tearfulness. He remained calm, engaged and helped me to refocus. Came up with solutions and plans for further care.
