Megan was very good at explaining exactly what she was doing and why. She was very "people friendly". She did a great job constructing a new cast for my hand.

I apparently had the wrong appointment time and showed up at 8:30 a.m. and was told my appointment time was 1:30 p.m. but they were so kind to squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to come back later (I live an hour away). Megan was very pleasant and we were so glad she was able to see me when she did. Everybody there is especially nice.

I couldn’t find a better doctor. Mark Thiele has been very attentive to me @ my entire visits . He’s excellent at listening to my thoughts and has explained thoroughly every aspect of my knees throughout our appointments. I am at ease to know that he will assist Dr.Basset in my surgery to come. I feel safe & have learned a lot from him. I hope he continues to help his patients cares for many years to come. He is my favorite. Alice

Dr. Pflueger was wonderful - he took all the time I needed, asked for any questions I had, knew exactly what was wrong and how to treat it. He was very personable and I will continue to use him as a doctor.
