The office staff and Dr Richardson have been wonderful in everyway. I cannot say enough good things about them

Dr. Simonson did a great job on my foot surgery. His assistant, Alyssa, is very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I am very fortunate that the E.R. recommended the "hand guy" as he is affectionately known , to me. My 4 years old gelding didn't like his training and bucked at my face. I put both hands up and got a multiple fracture in my wrist. Dr. Richardson said my wrist was a challenge. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Richardson was my choice for hand joint reconstruction on my right hand due to extensive osteoarthritis. From the beginning, he was very specific with regard to the surgical procedure, physical therapy and expectations for recovery and the ability to function my hand in the future. I’m currently half way through the recovery process, and he’s been extremely supportive along the way. In the near future he will repeat the identical surgery on my left hand. I have every expectation that I will receive the same professional and personal care I’ve been receiving since my first visit.

Dr. Richardson was great at taking care of my broken wrist. Great bedside manner when injecting cortisone, which hurt like heck, but took care of the problem. Highly recommend him for orthopaedics.

I needed right shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and arthritis. Dr. Flueger failed to perform repair of the rotator cuff and attempted to cover up the fact that I had a torn rotator cuff. As a result I had a dislocated shoulder for 5 months and was in significant pain. Dr. Flueger failed to do any follow up imaging even though I complained of my right shoulder being markedly lower than my left shoulder. I ultimately got a second opinion. The rotator cuff had retracted requiring a patch which left my shoulder weak and disabled. Another surgeon I spoke with stated Dr. Flueger likes to do only the easy surgeries. Dr. Flueger blamed me for my right shoulder sagging.

I have to rave about Dr. Paul C. Pflueger, MD, Dr. Mark Colby, Liz the xray tech, and the entire staff at Granite Orthopedic. I had a horrible accident and my humerus was completely severed. I also didn't have insurance. I am in the service business, and I don't carry it. Being in that industry, I know service. They treated me like a rock star every visit. Every time I had an appointment, the whole team was pleasant with smiles on there faces. They deal with suffering people every day who can be grumpy, but they keep up a friendly atmosphere that I personally know can be tough to do. That kind of atmosphere starts at the top. My arm is healed, and I'm back to playing guitar, and back to work. I can't tell you how happy I am with the Prescott Valley office!!! Thx guys and gals. Robert R.
