Super friendly front office staff unless they are waiting on payment from your insurance company. Then they treat you like you are trying to cheat them out of their money. What the heck? I have no control over how slow BCBS pays them!!

Been going to Dr Simonson due to brittle bones that would not heal for quite a while. Every visit I had his full attention, and he always had time to address all my concerns and questions, very rare these days. I would recommend Dr Simonson to anyone. Thanks for listening.
