It took them two years to make the statement for my bill; I had no idea the bill even existed during that time as I thought my insurance had covered it, there were no problems with the direct service, but after making multiple attempts to call to get information about my bill they simply didn't pick up. I called at a time when they were supposed to be operating so I see no reason why they would not pick up. After this I attempted to email them with the email provided to me on the bill, but the address was invalid.

Dr. Jaume was wonderful in treating my son. His staff was completely professional and courteous. Highly recommend this practice.

I unfortunately have had to see Dr. Richardson twice in the last 7 months. I am a klutz!!! Broke both of my wrist 7 months apart! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is kind, caring, so knowledgeable, and I formative with his patients. His office staff is amazing. They are so helpful when scheduling surgeries and follow up visits. Micah his physical therapist is awesome-!! I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his staff❤

Just a little over three years ago the team at Granite Orthopedics replace my knee and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to walk on that leg anymore. I can't express enough how great and wonderful the staff is!

Had an operation! Not good outcome. Staff rude and uncaring AND have a real ATTITUDE. If I were to have done my due diligence I would have never gone to Dr. Richardson. Before operation never gave me a heads up about the potential problems. Numb fingers and arm. Problem is worse now then when I first saw this Dr. Be your own best advocate and do the research. I would never recommend this Dr. Left msgs to please call me and has not called about my issue nor does he care and that is VERY OBVIOUS. Not good! Now have to start all over!!!😡Oohrah! Semper Fi! Vets should stay clear of this practice!

RIGHT KNEE REPLACED IN Sep 16. Other than getting infection at the Rehab facility. Granite Orthopedics staff provided the medical needs to heal and get back on my feet. Best recommendation was the OT at the Pendleton, YRMC. Special Thanks to Donna Hanna with my swelling issues.
