Does not listen. No clue with phone calls

Dr. Bassett is one of the best orthopedic surgeons and human beings I know. He comes with superior recommendations from several individuals I have talked to, who also have been operated on by him. This is the first time I've had a broken bone. The ER recommended me to Dr. Richardson, and I'm so glad they did. The tip of my finger is fractured. They were able to get x-ray's right there in the office. The quality of the x-ray was great. Thankfully no surgery! Dr. Richardson showed me how to give my finger a soap bath, and how to dress it. Very professional. I highly recommend their office.

She is very professional & caring. Making sure her patients wound is properly taken care of in a warm comforting manor. THANK YOU
