First time visit, be aware do not give your credit card.. they charge over $600 first time visit....Plus ,,Dr very unprofessional, did not give me no 2 minutes.. of his time.. because he have to leave, and very poor, not Professional..and no good advise on my possible surgery..condescending all the way!! He is after the money not , Not a Dr. Advise Never. kind to the patient at all!..we will never come back., or Give a Referral. Bad referral from Yavapai Hospital do not follow their referral...

Doctor Pflueger was a condescending jerk! My wife went to him twice for knee trauma, both times he never even looked her in the eye. When asked by his assistant if he should send her for an MRI he stated "We should, but that would mean we would have to get authorization from the insurance company." He said it was a sprain, but after the first day of physical therapy the therapist informed my wife that her knee cap was actually out of place. Shouldn't an Ortho Doctor be able to know this??? What incompetence! At one point he wanted to give her a shot of Cortisone into her knee, when asked if that would affect her nursing of our baby, he stated "No, it will never leave the knee". A simple Google searched proved this wrong, and in fact Cortisone is dangerous when nursing and the baby shouldn't even nurse at all for hours after! SUCH BLATANT INCOMPETENCE!!! Never, NEVER, got to Dr. Pflueger! It's scarey how ignorant and uncaring he acts!! Do yourself a favor and find another Ortho to go to.
