they do not follow thru unless you pester them constantly. .. regarding meds, referrals and physical therapy requests..knowing that time is of the essence. incredibly disappointed.

I have had several procedure's performed by Dr. Pflueger over the years, either due to an accident or wear and tear. Dr. Pflueger has been nothing but professional in his bedside manner, explaining and showing test results and devising a plan of care for healing, whether surgery or rehabilitation or both. I highly recommend him.

This was my second time visiting Granite Orthopedics for a cortisone injection to my right wrist. The doctors and all the staff are very nice in this office. Am not sure the name of the Dr. i saw on my 1st visit back in April 22, 2020 but within 2-3 days i was feeling no pain in my wrist and the injection lasted 1 year. This last injection on 4.14.21 was done by Dr. W. Lee Richardson and it's been about 2 weeks and can still feel a fair amount of pain in my wrist and up my arm. Hope it goes away soon. I do know that for de Quervain's Tenosynovitis it is a tricky injection as it has to be given in a very specific place. I am no expert but compared to the other times i've had the injections for this very thing, it may not have hit exactly where it needed to, thus the continued pain.

Dr Richardson is an excellent surgeon and has very good bedside manor and is just a wonderful doctor. He performed surgery on two of my fingers which i had arthritis . My fingers are straight now and they don't hurt anymore. I also receive cortisone injections in both my palms. I have been seeing him for at least 3 or 4 years. I trust him 100%.

Thorough, knowledgeable, explained test results and surgical plans well, and personable to boot!
