The whole experience was very satisfactory! From the time I entered the office every went very smoothly: I was seated in an exam room within 5 minutes of entering the office, had several X-rays taken, met with the doctor who explained the X-ray results and their ramifications, and received treatment for my shoulder pain within 35 minutes. A very pleasant experience, considering the circumstances!

I have had several procedure's performed by Dr. Pflueger over the years, either due to an accident or wear and tear. Dr. Pflueger has been nothing but professional in his bedside manner, explaining and showing test results and devising a plan of care for healing, whether surgery or rehabilitation or both. I highly recommend him.
