I have to rave about Dr. Paul C. Pflueger, MD, Dr. Mark Colby, Liz the xray tech, and the entire staff at Granite Orthopedic. I had a horrible accident and my humerus was completely severed. I also didn't have insurance. I am in the service business, and I don't carry it. Being in that industry, I know service. They treated me like a rock star every visit. Every time I had an appointment, the whole team was pleasant with smiles on there faces. They deal with suffering people every day who can be grumpy, but they keep up a friendly atmosphere that I personally know can be tough to do. That kind of atmosphere starts at the top. My arm is healed, and I'm back to playing guitar, and back to work. I can't tell you how happy I am with the Prescott Valley office!!! Thx guys and gals. Robert R.

I unfortunately have had to see Dr. Richardson twice in the last 7 months. I am a klutz!!! Broke both of my wrist 7 months apart! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is kind, caring, so knowledgeable, and I formative with his patients. His office staff is amazing. They are so helpful when scheduling surgeries and follow up visits. Micah his physical therapist is awesome-!! I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his staff❤

Had an operation! Not good outcome. Staff rude and uncaring AND have a real ATTITUDE. If I were to have done my due diligence I would have never gone to Dr. Richardson. Before operation never gave me a heads up about the potential problems. Numb fingers and arm. Problem is worse now then when I first saw this Dr. Be your own best advocate and do the research. I would never recommend this Dr. Left msgs to please call me and has not called about my issue nor does he care and that is VERY OBVIOUS. Not good! Now have to start all over!!!😡Oohrah! Semper Fi! Vets should stay clear of this practice!

I have been treated very promptly and professionally by both Paul Pflueger, M.D. and Lauren Parsons, P.A. They are both very pleasant and gentle in their treatment. They listen very carefully and have taken a special interest in me as a person and answer my questions in a way that gives me both the necessary information and comfort in my healing. I had a lot of pain for several weeks in March and after treatment at Granite Orthopedic my pain subsided very quickly. The assistants at the front desk are very pleasant, attentive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing orthopedic treatment to call the office at Granite Orthopedic for an appointment.

Wife had hand surgery by dr richardson.he didnt even send my wife to physical therapy.now she has problems that cant be fixed due to no physical therapy.would stay clear of this doctor.her hand was in bad shape before surgery,now its worse than before.make sure to do your research before you make any decision.would go to Phoenix where real doctors are.

Dr. Pflueger was very personable and diagnosed my orthopedic condition and explained all aspects of the condition very well. I was not rushed and would highly recommend.

First time visit, be aware do not give your credit card.. they charge over $600 first time visit....Plus ,,Dr very unprofessional, did not give me no 2 minutes.. of his time.. because he have to leave, and very poor, not Professional..and no good advise on my possible surgery..condescending all the way!! He is after the money not , Not a Dr. Advise Never. kind to the patient at all!..we will never come back., or Give a Referral. Bad referral from Yavapai Hospital do not follow their referral...

Doctor Pflueger was a condescending jerk! My wife went to him twice for knee trauma, both times he never even looked her in the eye. When asked by his assistant if he should send her for an MRI he stated "We should, but that would mean we would have to get authorization from the insurance company." He said it was a sprain, but after the first day of physical therapy the therapist informed my wife that her knee cap was actually out of place. Shouldn't an Ortho Doctor be able to know this??? What incompetence! At one point he wanted to give her a shot of Cortisone into her knee, when asked if that would affect her nursing of our baby, he stated "No, it will never leave the knee". A simple Google searched proved this wrong, and in fact Cortisone is dangerous when nursing and the baby shouldn't even nurse at all for hours after! SUCH BLATANT INCOMPETENCE!!! Never, NEVER, got to Dr. Pflueger! It's scarey how ignorant and uncaring he acts!! Do yourself a favor and find another Ortho to go to.
