Colby was very professional and told me my options with my injury. I was concerned with my knee healing properly so he wrote me a note for work and also sent a referral over to the hospital for an MRI. Colby was very kind and professional.

I filled out a very invasive questionnaire on a tablet on my 1st visit. When I went in for my pre surgery, I was asked for a $152 payment, even though I have Medicare and PlanG. They told me they didnt know I had Plan G. They had already billed my plan G AND me!!! Then on to Megan, she was very condescending and scolded me for not giving them my information, like my previous cancer and medication I'm on. I told her I had, but she insisted I hadn't. CLEARLY their software failed! I still cannot figure out why an orthopedic medical office needs to know if I prefer to sleep with males or females to get a trigger finger released!

Overall a very good experience. Dr. Pflueger listened to my narrative of what was troubling me and clearly explained what the issue was and advised the options available. Personalble and direct, no BS.
