Positive experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable wait time and Dr. Bassett was clear in explaining my condition and options. He patiently answered my questions, which I appreciate since my condition was not caused by what I originally assumed. Highly recommended.

We had been referred to another the office staff was so rude, whose name I won’t mention. They did not take my husband’s insurance & so very thankful Dr. Richardson & staff were so helpful & amazing throughout the whole process of the Carpal tunnel surgery.
