Had a very nice appt. with Mackenzie. She is pleasant, courteous, & friendly. She showed me my x-ray images while pointing out & explaining the areas of concern, which I really appreciated. Am glad I found Mackenzie, she is awesome!

After months of trying to get post surgical images, from another provider, we were able to get in right away for a second oppinon. Very grateful for this. While he was Looking at old images loaded to Simonmed portal we conveyed our exact problem was this, and why we wanted new images, To quote the Dr. " you have to work that out with them" Would not offer new images. Told me that my diagnosis from 2 other providers, including Banner University were wrong, but he's the one looking at pre surgical images, lol. He Refused to acknowledge that he was looking at an older MRI. He went on to tell us he wasn't arguing with us?.ok wow. Although the date was correct the day these were loaded,the images were old. I haven't had images in 8 months. And they are date stamped, super arrogant. Waste of time. Poor bedside manner, dismissiveness at its best.

First visit was good.

Dr. Bassett is a very knowledgeable and experienced Orthopedic surgeon. He takes his time to explain all of the medical options available to you. He answers all of your questions and gives you his recommendations.

I’ve been complaining of hip and sciatic pain for months. Dr Bassett ordered X-rays and diagnosed me with arthritis, bursitis and sciatic pain. He have me a cortisone shot which has helped tremendously and I have a follow up appt in 4-6 weeks. He also said I’m a candidate for a hip replacement which I hope to discuss further with him.

Was in and out pretty quick. Everybody was nice. There pace was quick and smooth.

She is the best! Detail oriented. Great communication.

Mark did a wonderful job of getting the injection into my hip at exactly the right spot. He listened to me where the pain was and used the ultrasound machine verifying the where the injection should go. Less than 20 minutes in and out.
