Very caring and thorough. I feel as though I received very good information for my surgery. Would totally recommend to anyone.

He was polite, professional, and patient with my(Guy) intellectual disability. My wife and I found him to be very thorough. He's also an excellent surgeon. My foot reconstruction is amazing. People like him give people like me the ability to avoid being confined to a wheelchair, which hypothetical confinement places even more burden on our beloved home care (my wife, in my case), and which confinement(Dr. Simonson has -prevented- that confinement/additional-assistance-requirement) sometimes forces the disabled to further rely on greater government assistance. The absence of people like Dr. Simonson would place more burden on taxpayers. We were lucky to have people like him.

Very professional PA to say the least! MacKenzie was prepared, proficient and knowledgeable. She helped me to feel comfortable with my upcoming surgery and helped build my confidence in the surgical team. Thank you! My ongoing care with MacKenzie was excellent. She takes the time to listen and inform me of the best path forward with my recovery. Crystal, Medical Assistant has been very instrumental in helping with every step in preparation with my surgery and is helpful with my laser treatments, which have proven to be very beneficial to my overall pain and inflammation post-surgery.

Dr. Richardson and his staff were personable, very efficient and easy to communicate with. Dr. Richardson was very clear in his assessment and description of what was my issue and what to expect. It was an excellent experience.

Dr. Richardson is a great physician. He listens to you and doesn't talk down to you. He talked me through every procedure and made sure I was doing well. It is wonderful to be able to have carpal tunnel surgery in the office as well. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. Just be prepared for some terrible dad jokes 😂
