They received a referral for me from my doctor and they called me the next business day. Following that I was able to get in the next day with a great PA. He was friendly and get the job done. He seemed knowledgeable and all the staff were kind and welcoming.

Absolutely love Granite Orthopaedics. The doctors and all staff are extremely professional and caring, they take their time explaining diagnoses and treatments. Wonderful experience with Dr Richardson and his team during hand surgery, very low stress environment and lighthearted conversation during the procedure made it 'almost enjoyable'! Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful during my follow up appt two weeks later. Scheduling team and reception staff are very professional and efficient. Highly recommend Granite Orthopaedics without reservation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

I got referred to Dr. Bassett from my GP. They called me and set up an appointment that was 3 weeks out. When I arrived at the office they informed me he only sees people aged 40-90 and that my appointment has been cancelled. The lady at the front desk told me they tried to call the day of my appointment but i did not receive any contact from them. If he doesn’t see certain age groups why even book me an appointment. I have now taken off work and wasted 3 weeks when I could have seen a different doctor. Do not recommend!

This was the first time I saw Joey Clayton for my chronic knee problems. I found him to be very easy to talk to and he understood my knee pain. He injected a steroid in each knee which seems to have helped me.

Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Megan Sitrin answers my questions, gives me suggestions and reminds me that healing takes time (not just 2 months). I feel like the staff that works with me is very committed to providing good service and ample time for patients. I love going to Granite Orthopedi.
