Granite Orthopaedics is seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing rehabilitation team. About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will support our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants in providing high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation. This role is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, kinesiology, or physical therapy who value hands-on experience and meaningful patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Document patient activities and progress under supervision
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
- Support patient flow and scheduling needs
- Provide friendly, professional service to patients of all ages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a clinical or fitness setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, kinesiology, sports medicine, or related fields
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
