She helped me to feel comfortable with my upcoming surgery and helped build my confidence in the surgical team. Thank you! My ongoing care with MacKenzie was excellent. She takes the time to listen and inform me of the best path forward with my recovery. Crystal, Medical Assistant has been very instrumental in helping with every step in preparation with my surgery and is helpful with my laser treatments, which have proven to be very beneficial to my overall pain and inflammation post-surgery.

Dr. Richardson is the supreme master of carpal tunnel surgery. For 20 years, I slept with wrist braces to avoid the tingling/burning/numbing I felt daily. Weeding/gardening or even lengthy keyboarding would make my symptoms flair up for days. The day of surgery was my last day of pain and discomfort. I was so pleased with my right hand results, I had him do my left hand also. Dr. and his staff are also extremely kind. I would give them all 10 stars.
