My first time seeing this doctor and my last. I found the doctor to be cool, stand offish and somewhat arrogant when he did speak. The more uncomfortable I got the more pleasant I became, hoping that would change his demeanor, it did not. Towards the end of the visit I could tell he was ready to go. I felt like an inconvenience and could not wait to get out there. Unfortunately, I had to return to pick up paperwork for my RA doctor to review. I told the lady I spoke with on the phone I could pick them up around 4 pm, she said that would work. I asked her name and told her she had the same name as my niece. When I arrived I told the receptionist why I was there. She asked who I spoke with. I gave her the name and the receptionist went behind a stone wall to speak to her. When the receptionist returned she said the lady I spoke to said she doesn't know who you are and she never spoke to you. Are you kidding me, now I'm being called a liar, I told the receptionist how would I know her name, this is my first visit here. The receptionist looked uncomfortable and printed out my paperwork. The atmosphere and overall experience from start to finish makes my decision NOT to return very easy.

Very happy with this Physician, Dr. Richardson was very friendly, professional with the perfect amount empathy about my trigger fingers. Dr. Richardson clearly made a plan to treat it with steroids had my first injections that day. May require a 2nd visits. The hope is to avoid surgery if possible. Because x-rays were also taking that day, Dr. Richardson also noticed a problem in my (left) hand /wrist Which had also been giving me pain when I hold onto anything for period time. That pin is also going to need to be addressed. I hadn't said anything about the pain in my wrist . Dr. Richardson went above and beyond the reason I came and will be looking forward for out next appt...
