Dr. Bassett was very professional and personable. He shared information on the structure of my knee and results of the xrays. He recommended a plan of treatment going forward, starting with non-invasive to be followed up with other treatment if that didn't solve my problem. He scheduled followup appointment.

They received a referral for me from my doctor and they called me the next business day. Following that I was able to get in the next day with a great PA. He was friendly and get the job done. He seemed knowledgeable and all the staff were kind and welcoming.
