I got referred to Dr. Bassett from my GP. They called me and set up an appointment that was 3 weeks out. When I arrived at the office they informed me he only sees people aged 40-90 and that my appointment has been cancelled. The lady at the front desk told me they tried to call the day of my appointment but i did not receive any contact from them. If he doesn’t see certain age groups why even book me an appointment. I have now taken off work and wasted 3 weeks when I could have seen a different doctor. Do not recommend!

This was the first time I saw Joey Clayton for my chronic knee problems. I found him to be very easy to talk to and he understood my knee pain. He injected a steroid in each knee which seems to have helped me.

Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Megan Sitrin answers my questions, gives me suggestions and reminds me that healing takes time (not just 2 months). I feel like the staff that works with me is very committed to providing good service and ample time for patients. I love going to Granite Orthopedi.

I was able to see Dr. Richardson very quickly after my visit to the ED. He explained the various options and took the time to answer my questions. The entire office experience was very pleasant for me. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the surgery scheduler. Dr. Richardson spent a considerable amount of time following surgery with my husband, explaining what had been done and what to expect. My post-op care has continued to be a very good experience. From my perspective, Granite Orthopedics is a VERY WELL run medical clinic. I would highly recommend this practice.
