Meagan not only is very professional and very friendly, I personally get a very good feeling dealing with her, helping me get everything squared away for the procedure, and if she is actually going to be there for my hip surgery, even better. Either way Meagan Rocks!August 29, 2024

Dr Simonson reviewed my X-rays with me and provided logical, common sense answers to my concerns. He gave three options with the pros & cons of each. He was professional, kind, patient & looked me in the eye during our entire consultation. I left feeling confident in the next steps to be taken.August 27, 2024

I saw Dr Kyle Chun. His recommendations were helpful. However, his long time Medical Assistant, who reportedly has worked with him at multiple practices was rude to me. When I merely wanted to ask a question of her before leaving my visit, she told me I had already taken too much time and needed to go check out. I checked out and tried once again to speak with her. She then said the doctor had already told me she would call me the next day. I asked her to be kind to me as I may not have heard every word she said and noted I was paying for her services. She told me I was being unfair and that my insurance was paying, not me. I decided to allow grace as everyone can have a really bad day. I wanted to find out if this was her usual behavior or not in order to know if I could consider Dr Chun for surgery (knowing pre and post-op communication with her would be important). I spoke to the Office Manager who informed me this was not the Medical Assistant's usual behavior, so I thought surgery with Dr Chun could maybe work out. The next day I was called by the office and told that Dr Chun was discharging me from his care. This means a patient cannot raise a concern regarding care without the risk of being cut off from care. I wish we could have been able to talk as adults working toward a better understanding of what happened. I am SO SAD that I cannot recommend Dr Chun after this experience.August 23, 2024
