Very thorough

Joey is a great PA and takes time to understand the problem. X-rays started the conversation and he did a great job of explaining my back problem and suggested a MRI to be able to see what I needed since the x-rays only show part of the picture. He and the staff are great and very professional . I highly recommend Granite Orthpaedics with offices in Prescott and Prescott Valley.

Dr. Richardson explained everything to me by showing me my x-ray and explaining what it should look like verses what it actually looks like. Gave me my options and let me decide what was best for me.

From what I remember, she was very detailed and polite and patient. I don't remember half of what she said, but that's not her fault, it's mine. I could really use a transcript of the meeting.
