Second appointment with Dr Bassett. First for shoulder pain which was diagnosed as bursitis and taken care of with an injection so I could enjoy an upcoming trip. Now we are dealing with a knee replacement done elsewhere and giving me problems with pain and stability. He is personable and professional. Listens and answers questions thoroughly. No ego involved as I have experienced with other orthopedic surgeons. Proceeds conservatively and doesn't push surgical intervention as the first resort. I would recommend him to anyone who is having problems of an orthopedic nature.

Megan was a pleasure. She was direct, emotionally supportive, and quite knowledgeable. She offered the time I needed to answer all my questions. She wanted to see me back after tests are made.

Professional, informative and compassionate

Megan knows her profession, She checked my problems with both wrists and sent me to an EMG MD who ran the tests on my nerves in my wrists. He sent them back and Megan saw me again the next day, What I thought was the problem Megan told me, that wasn't it and she was right. She went over everything with me and explained what was wrong and what I needed to do next. She had everything set up for me to make a decision. I am very impressed with her. Granite Orthopaedics is very fortunate to have her on their medical staff. I will definitely recommend both.

Mr. Thiele has always been very receptive to my concerns and very helpful in his recommendations. The only complaint I have is that it is an office policy to have a PCP referral since I have a BCBS HMO plan, even though the insurance plan does not require a referral to any specialist.

Mackenzie was excellent. Obviously well practiced and professional. A true asset to Granite Ortho.
