First appointment with Dr. Bassett and his staff was outstanding. Although we hD different appointment times, the office staff managed to work us in at the same time. The Medical Assistant and X-Ray Tech were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Bassett was thorough and unrushed, shared all possible treatment options, and didn’t pressure us; he just educated us, then helped us decide on a course of action for each of us. Looking forward to Granite Ortho's continuing care!

Colby went over my xrays carefully and thoroughly. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He offered solutions and gave me a good recommendation for follow up with a spine Dr.

Everything runs SO smoothly in this office! I appreciated the friendly smile & kind words from the receptionist at the front desk! I was in & out in less than 30 minutes, but didn't feel rushed at all! So glad I found this place!

Clay Reed had an appointment at 10:15, at check in his appointment couldn’t be found Apparently they were able to squeeze him in, but it was 40 minutes before he was called back. It was at least another 15 minutes before Joey came in. He did a good job explaining and Clay Reed felt confident that the information he received will help him with his recovery after surgery
