This is Maria. I feel Colby has been congenial at all of my office visits. Today seemed rushed because of so many people waiting. I forgot to ask if I could take a bath now. Also, he did not look at my scar before leaving. I did not think of this until I left. I would have liked to have the opportunity to thank Dr. Bassett and to tell him how much better I am. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not in any hurry . Answered all of our quest. I would definitely recommend him as an orthopedic doctor to my friends.

Overall I had a very good experience. I was taken on time at the YMRC East Surgery on 10/20/23. Surgery went well. The nursing staff was attentive pre-post op. I was referred to YMRC PT and have started their program.

there was an issue that the injection medication was not at the office but they worked fast to get it there. PA Dobson has a gentle demeanor and is patient answering any and all questions I had.

Colby was very cordial, informative and explained the procedure carefully and accurately, in terms I could understand. Great bedside manner. I look forward to seeing him again!

Mark has been injecting cortisone in both my hip and knee for approximately one year now. He is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. All the staff at Granite Ortho are supportive and caring. Thank you
