All staff are friendly and helpful. Met with doctor at the appointment time, no waiting. X-rays were done on site. Doctor explained treatment and follow-up action needed.

Front office staff is very friendly. The medical assistants are also friendly and knowledgeable.Chad, the X-ray tech is awesome. Colby, the PA is the best. Answers all my questions and he is very gentle and kind. He is thorough and understanding.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, . . . Dr. Simonson was straightforward but in a kind way. He took the time to explain in detail everything I could expect.

Colby does the cortisone injections prescribed by Dr. Bassett for my right knee. He is very gentle and the injection involves minimal pain. He answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed.
