Dr basset was good to work. Had a good plan regarding my hip issue. However the office overbooked and I waited 1hr. No explanation. . I will be glad to work with Dr Bassett.

I went to see Dr. Richardson about a recurring trigger finger on my left hand index finger. I’ve had 2 injections and he explained that further injections probably wouldn’t resolve the issue. We discussed surgery and I decided to proceed with that option. Everyone in the office staff were respectful and my experience was pleasant.

Colby was very kind & professional. The day I went for thumb stitch removal, the clinic was packed. He was, as well as everyone else, were crazy busy. He apologized for the wait & then attend my needs as if I was the only one in the clinic.

Should have talked out bone marrow aspirate as well
