Very thoughtful and professional. Office is very efficiently managed.

I must be the exception. I had total R knee Dr.Bassett. Did all my after care physical therapy exercise etc. I still had a lot of pain once done. Note: at your follow up after surgery you do not see the Doctor you see his assistant. Very strange. I’d follow up and explain still so much pain and no pain meds given. 3 months 6 months he says give it time. NOTE : I paid for Iovera. It did nothing but hurt. Finally he said to get a second opinion so I went to the core in Phoenix. Dr there said it was out of alignment the front piece was too small and femur was not shaved correctly. I needed it taken out and a new one put in. Dr. B said on exam admits it’s looser than he’d like. Hmm ok. He said we could go in put new plate in shave more off femur see how it does. I said I’d rather just get a whole new knee for fear it may have to have surgery again. Dr didn’t seem very sympathetic or apologetic at all. he was rude. He then told me why don’t I go back to the Dr that gave me the second opinion . I was extremely upset crying and said. I was hoping you’d say you’d fix it because it was your bad work that caused it. He continued to avoid my suggestion of him fixing it. I left the appt not knowing what to do. It was awful. 2 years later I’m still in pain every day. I’ve spoken with at least 5 other pts of his all with problems. I went to another 3rd doctor and he said he would not fix Dr.Bassett’s work. It’s painful loose and swollen every day. I’m beyond depressed. I can’t run I can’t get myself up from chairs I’m so limited it’s terrible. I wouldn’t refer him to anyone. I regret everything about the doctor.

Dr Simonson used ultrasound machine to exactly administer shot to my 2month long foot problem. 3 days later I am walking, dancing around the house! He explains everything and I even watched the ultrasound! Forgot all about the needle, didn't hurt at all.

She was very nice to me

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Simonson. He outlined the various treatments from PRP, replacement and fusion. Currently booked out 2 months. He seemed very knowledgeable and wise. Staff was nice and in and out quickly. I'd recommend him.

Doc Paul Pflueger is a very caring and kind Doctor always there to help I would highly recommend him for arm and shoulders.

She’s kind, knowledgeable and patient. Took her time, Answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like she was trying to rush me out of the room. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Simonson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He quickly analyzed and diagnosed my condition and sent me for further testing.

We are blessed to have this service and attention on Prescott Valley everybody in this clinic they’re excellent
