Doctor was very informative and answered all questions. Has a Post Operative plan going forward with prods and cons.

The clinic got me scheduled in a good amount of time so I didn’t wait too long for an appointment. Once there Dr. Richardson listened to all my concerns and echoed them back. He gave me good pointers, explained what we could do going forward and helped me make an informed decision about my treatment. Great care from a great team!

A Dr. Richardson did a full exam, explained the x-rays to me and set me up for physical therapy. He was very, very nice and very welcoming.

I found the technology a little over the top. Too technical, especially for elderly patients. The surgery scheduler was pleasant. Felt like my frustration was annoying the front office gal. It seemed like everyone was in a hurry to get me out of there. I'm an old lady and don't move very fast.
