Staff is friendly, appointment was timely. Dr. Richardson is very courteous. Takes time to explain what is going on with my wrist. Explained in detail a couple of surgery options. No push for surgery, just to let him know when I'm tired of dealing with the current situation and we could schedule a procedure.

Everyone at his facility I interfaced with was pleasant, efficient and professional. Dr Richardson was wonderful and explained what needed to be done and how.
