The only thing IColby was kind and intelligent and knowledgeable about my situation. He has an easy bedside manner easy to talk to. I was super pleased with him. The only thing I’m not super pleased with the office right now is I am not pleased with right now Was the fact of waiting 45 minutes after a scheduled appointment to be seen, but that His faultSeptember 12, 2025

Colby was very professional and told me my options with my injury. I was concerned with my knee healing properly so he wrote me a note for work and also sent a referral over to the hospital for an MRI. Colby was very kind and professional.September 12, 2025

I filled out a very invasive questionnaire on a tablet on my 1st visit. When I went in for my pre surgery, I was asked for a $152 payment, even though I have Medicare and PlanG. They told me they didnt know I had Plan G. They had already billed my plan G AND me!!! Then on to Megan, she was very condescending and scolded me for not giving them my information, like my previous cancer and medication I'm on. I told her I had, but she insisted I hadn't. CLEARLY their software failed! I still cannot figure out why an orthopedic medical office needs to know if I prefer to sleep with males or females to get a trigger finger released!September 11, 2025
