Had an appointment for a wound check, Megan came in examined my incision, asked me a few questions and did an initial cleaning of the wound, was very gentle and explained everything. Megan then relayed the information to Dr. Bassett. Dr. Bassett came in and examined the wound was assisted by Megan and Araceli as he put on another zip tie and bandage, and gave me further instructions. Dr. Bassett, Megan and Araceli were all professional, friendly and caring.

Can’t say enough good things about Colby. He was there for my first knee replacement, and now my second. It’s always a pleasure to see him and get his professional opinion!

He was very informative about my husbands condition and our options to help solve his issues. He had a humble demeanor about him and he made us feel like he was really concerned about my husbands problem. Nice guy. Liked him a lot.

First visit, about 5 mins with the doctor, said he'd need an MRI to diagnose, told me to call and schedule a follow up when it was done. Second visit, about 8 mins with the doctor, he told me the results "included" arthritis, (It said a lot of things, Mild osteoarthritis was one of them) so my choices were PT, Pain Meds or live with it. When pressed about the other things in the report he said he could do a Shoulder Tune-Up to address those issues, but it doesn't always provide relief. He didn't explain the benefits of each option, or make a recommendation, but I guess I'm supposed to make a decision, because he ended the visit by saying "call me if you need me". I think what I need is a little more information about my condition, the pros and cons of each option, and an informed recommendation. Unfortunately, I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for that.
