For years I have been a patient of Dr. Richardson, and again I need surgery on another hand. I will schedule as soon as possible; I would not consider any other surgeon. He is exceptional.

All the staff at Granite Ortho are professional and friendly, from check-in to check-out. They let you know of any delay. The X-ray tech, Chad is very friendly and professional. Colby is kind, encouraging and professional answering questions & explaining outcomes from the surgery. I have had to be followed up several weeks in a row and we are so impressed with the concern and care. We have never felt any staff or Dr. Bassett rushing us through. Thank you

Great experience with Dr. Pflueger and the staff at Prescott Valley office. Dr. Pflueger took time to explain and show me the results of my MRI, gave me all the options for treatment in a professional manner.

Mark's GREAT, every time! I've seen him pretty much quarterly for a few years, he's always very professional and kind. Pain free today after seeing him yesterday, it had been nightmarishly painful for a few weeks. THANKS MARK!! 🙂 His assistant Melissa is very efficient and a good listener as well. Connie at the front desk is a delight. Conscientious, caring office overall, I highly recommend them.
