My experience was very good. Everyone was very professional. Colby gave me all my options and explained in detail what to expect. My only complaint is that I had to wait a long time in the waiting room and then another long wait to see Colby.

Dr. Bassett was direct in the diagnosis and gave several alternatives to the treatment of my hip problem. There was no pressure in either direction of treatment.

MacKenzie and the Staff at Granite Orthopaedics in Flagstaff and in Prescott have been great. MacKenzie recently performed the Iovera nerve block treatment for my upcoming knee replacement. She was kind and very genuine and down to earth. She took time to really explain my upcoming surgery and the Iovera procedure to me.

Dr. Bassett informed me of the arthritis in my knees through an x-ray and told me what options were available to help with the pain. Based on this information I opted for the to have steroid injections at this time.

Mark was very helpful in explaining my healing process. He gave relatable examples for my understanding. He allowed time for my questions and I didn’t feel rushed.
