Very patient, explained everything clearly and he listens!!

From the first moment I stepped foot in the office at Granite Ortho I was pleased. I was warmly greeted by Connie and she took care of all my paperwork in a quick and professional manner and every appointment since I am greeted by name and kind words. At my first appointment I had met Martha who was again so kind and guided me through all pre-op papers - her follow-up was just incredible - she did not miss anything. The X-ray technician (Brad?) is excellent at his trade - quick and precise. And Sierah has been just as outstanding in taking care of me from the first visit and still at every appointment. She is kind, gentle and an amazing professional. I have to state that I had gone to a different local office and Dr. and had the most terrible experience - first one said Dr ordered imagery done on the wrong foot! So to say the least I was apprehensive. This fear disappeared quickly meeting Dr. Simonson. He took his time to listen, then did a thorough examination of my foot and offered me options and what the best solution would be. I elected the surgery suggested and have no regrets at all. Dr. Simonsen is in my opinion the best. Surgery went well and very quickly; recovery is going amazing and every follow-up appointment Dr. Simonson takes his time and does not rush, even though I know how busy he is! His skills and bedside manners are second to none! I highly recommend him and his entire team. You will be in the best of hands at Granite Ortho - Prescott!

Megan is attentive, professional and listens to my concerns. She always takes the time to explain what’s happening and shows on the x-ray, or MRI what is happening.

Dr. Pfleuger is a wonderful asset to our healthcare team. He is knowledgeable and caring. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Front office could use some polishing re patient interaction. However all back office staff were excellent.
