Very professional. Was very impressed by him during my appointment.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Pflueger. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. My wait in the lobby was 10 minutes. XRays were taken the doctor came in less than 5 minutes. He went over in detail the findings on the XRays. He did a thorough exam a & went over the treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Pflueger.

Dr. Pflueger is always professional and courteous. I never feel rushed and he always listens to my needs.

Great Job! The pain that has been getting worse over the last few months was gone once the gel was implemented. I was able to sleep also without pain in that knee. Very happy and thank you!

Ace called us and brought us back in. He had the issues corrected and we gave Granite Orthopedic another chance. We are so glad that we did, as Megan is the best thing that happened for Dad since he went there. She brought in the xray and showed him bone growth. She explained to him how much longer to wear the sling. Then showed him exercises that he can do to keep his mobility. The first PA that we saw does not compare to her.

Megan was very good at explaining exactly what she was doing and why. She was very "people friendly". She did a great job constructing a new cast for my hand.

I apparently had the wrong appointment time and showed up at 8:30 a.m. and was told my appointment time was 1:30 p.m. but they were so kind to squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to come back later (I live an hour away). Megan was very pleasant and we were so glad she was able to see me when she did. Everybody there is especially nice.
