The staff have been wonderful every time I’ve been in

She was very professional, informative, and fun to talk with. I learned a lot about my upcoming surgery and preparations. I would recommend Iovera treatment prior to surgery for anyone.

The staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming. Dr Pflueger was great to work with. Straight forward, and very helpful, explaining the results of my X-rays and explains various options that could work for me. An overall great experience and would recommend this practice.

My experience with Megan was excellent and I appreciated her, the x-ray tech and nurse all apologizing for the wait. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time - the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Friendly, and very knowledgeable. She's a no-nonsense ACNP-BC direct and right to the point.

Dr. Pflueger is kind and professional. A very painful knee was fairly new to me and he explained everything the MRI and X-rays showed. My course of action was a moderate one without immediate surgery. We chatted about how to proceed (P.T. and anti-inflammatory injections) and will decide if surgery is required later. Nice to be the one to make that decision based on my experiences going forward. I would highly recommend him!

The building was clinical but comfortable, the front office staff was very friendly and professional, and Dr. Simonson was super. He explained everything so it made sense to me. He presented three potential treatment routes and allowed me to select the most conservative one to begin with. I highly recommend him!
