Had an operation! Not good outcome. Staff rude and uncaring AND have a real ATTITUDE. If I were to have done my due diligence I would have never gone to Dr. Richardson. Before operation never gave me a heads up about the potential problems. Numb fingers and arm. Problem is worse now then when I first saw this Dr. Be your own best advocate and do the research. I would never recommend this Dr. Left msgs to please call me and has not called about my issue nor does he care and that is VERY OBVIOUS. Not good! Now have to start all over!!!😡Oohrah! Semper Fi! Vets should stay clear of this practice!

RIGHT KNEE REPLACED IN Sep 16. Other than getting infection at the Rehab facility. Granite Orthopedics staff provided the medical needs to heal and get back on my feet. Best recommendation was the OT at the Pendleton, YRMC. Special Thanks to Donna Hanna with my swelling issues.

In addition to Eric's expertise in his field, he makes you feel welcome and comfortable each time you visit as does everyone in the office. I can't say enough good things about Granite Orthopedics Physical Therapy. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Richardson is the best. They took very good care of my husband after he had a fall and broke 3 ribs and his collar bone, plus required surgery.

The Dr.s and staff are excellent! No waiting weeks for an appointment when you are injured and in pain. Thank you Dr. Simonson for continued care of a very stubborn & weak ankle!
