Megan immediately ordered additional x-rays at their facility as the PMI x-ray was inconclusive. She showed and explained to me in detail what is going on with my entire hand and we agreed on suggested treatment. The entire staff was great, from receptionist, nurse, to Megan. Dr. Richardson is amazing. My scarring from my accident is nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. He listens to his patients and works with them for the best care possible.
