Dr Richardson and his staff was so polite and thorough. He didnt make me feel rushed and with the handful of my questions he helped me understand my concerns. He came up with a plan to execute the DX before treatment. He definitely did not jump to surgery first mentality. I definitely recommend his consultation for any 1st or 2nd opinion you need.

Went to Dr Pleuger in November for a shot that I didn't remember having. Shoulder still hurts so now we're on to an MRI. Dr Pleuger is attentive and truly cares for the health and wellbeing of his patients. Highly recommend Granite Orthopeadics.

Saw Dr Richardson at the PV office. Easy to find and good parking. Office staff very welcoming and kind. The X-ray staff was also very caring. Dr Richardson is simply the best. Explained everything to me with pictures and written info. Also hand wrote notes on the handouts specific to my case. Answered all my questions and concerns very clearly. Made a plan for me going forward. Explained the surgery he would recommend, but not at this time. Never felt hurried, but be ready to listen, he speaks clearly, but fast.

Very detailed! When she did not know the answer to my exact question, she stepped ot of the room and spoke with the doctor. Very pleased with her care!
