Very little wait time. Took their own x-rays and determined the course of action very quickly. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

The care was received by my mother, and she is quite pleased. She had a broken 5th finger, and had surgery by Dr Richardson. She has her cast off now, and started her physical therapy. She is so happy with all her care from the surgeon and his staff.

Took my vehicle in and was treated like a child. I was told to go sit down by the person that was supposed to help us in the service department. This service person didn’t want to answer questions and acted like I was bothering them. They quoted me the wrong price and when I asked why it was more they acted annoyed. They seemed like they didn’t know their job and didn’t want to be there. They were in their personal phone most of the time I was there. When we first arrived to our scheduled appointment they were no where to be found, they had to be paged. Just a really bad experience all together. I will not be going back to this place or any associated business. We are actually in the process of getting a new vehicle and we were excited to go to this location. But we will be buying elsewhere.

Once he found out my shoulder pain wasnt from an acute injury he seemed to lose interest in me. I felt rushed the entire time, the exam was very quick and didnt seem very thorough at all, he seemed overall annoyed by my presence. I just want my pain treated properly by someone who seems at least like they care. Diagnosed subacromial bursitis and bicep tendinitis after about 30 seconds of touching around. Took an x ray, which won't show any soft tissue damage. Overall I was not happy with this experience. Healthcare in Prescott really is horrible, if youre not elderly or have an acute injury they dont seem to care.
